    As an educational service to Emergency Medicine residents, CEP America hosts its annual Senior Residents Day, a half day event intended to help residents navigate the transition to independent practice.

    Join us Friday, August 17th from 12-5 at the Chicago Marriott Midway. Lunch will be provided and a cocktail reception will follow the program. Topics we’ll cover include:

    • Evaluating different practice models.
    • Comparing salary offers.
    • Marketing yourself.
    • Malpractice, risk management, and professional liability insurance.
    • Financial planning for new doctors.
    • Panel discussion/Q&A regarding life in practice with recent EM residency grads.

    CEP America will provide up to $500 in travel and lodging expenses.
